Explorify Motorcycle Rentals is currently looking for Rental Agent at our Chicago location. This position is full-time, seasonal from May – October. If you have experience in customer service work and are interested in traveling and meeting new people, then we want to talk to you about immediate exciting opportunities as a RENTAL AGENT.

RENTAL AGENT JOB DUTIES:

• Retail rental sales (including walk-ins and web/phone appointments)
• Rental check-out/check-in
• Explaining how different features of the machines work
• Daily & weekly business reports
• Cleaning & safety checking rental units
• Weekly inventory check
• Maintaining order in the office and warehouse
• Helping load and unload bikes from trailers
• Potentially travel to different dealerships or remote locations on an as-needed basis
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with customer service
• Great references
• A valid (unexpired) driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
• Experience moving/loading of various motorcycles (including onto trailer/truck/etc)
• Willing to transport vehicles/etc. to needed locations (both in and out of state)
• Should know the differences between Harley-Davidson/Indian/Triumph/BMW/KTM models
