Day 2: Los Angeles - San Diego, California

(Driving day 1: 212 km/132 miles)

As soon as all our riders are geared up and ready, we kickstart our adventure on the Golden States Run tour. Leaving Los Angeles in our rearview mirrors, we set off on a captivating journey filled with history, thrills, and excitement. The inaugural riding day offers a blend of urban landscapes, highway stretches, and a scenic cruise along the iconic Pacific Coast Highway 1, leading us to the lively city of San Diego.

To acclimatize everyone to California’s driving conditions and temperatures, we begin at a leisurely pace. After approximately 30 minutes, our first stop is Long Beach, where we conduct an additional safety check of the bikes, equipment, and riders to ensure everything is in prime condition before officially commencing our tour.

You might even consider getting some extra pies to savor throughout the rest of our tour.
